Auto Wash 100A
PF Chm AutoWash 100A
A versatile low odor water miscible wash that can be used in all automatic wash units, and also has an effective hand wash. It is citrus scented, has a moderate drying speed and terrific cutting power. May be used full strength or mixed with up to 30% water to quickly remove ink and varnish.

Premium WM Wash 101A
PF Chm Premium WM
A citrus scented, water miscible wash that will quickly remove ink, glaze, gum, and varnish in one wash-up. It may be used straight or mixed with water up to 30%. This strong, low odor product can be used in automatic wash units but is used primarily as a hand wash. The product features a moderate drying speed and deep cleaning and cutting power.

Premium WM Wash 102A
An outstanding, low odor water miscible wash that fully complies with nonphoto chemical reactivity regulations. The product features a controlled drying speed and good cutting power. This product has a high flashpoint and is safe on all roller and blanket compounds.

UV Wash 103A
PF Chm UV Wash A premium wash designed to quickly clean UV/EB ink. The product is unique in that it cleans without the toxic ethylene glycol ethers and flammable ingredients usually found in other UV/EB ink cleaners. UV Wash 103A has a controlled evaporation rate and a mild odor for
maximum performance in a UV/EB application.

6000 WM Wash 104P
This water miscible wash effectively cleans sheetfed, heatset and coldset inks from blankets and rollers. It is safe for automatic wash-up system.

#1 Wash 105P
This product is the first step of a two-step color change wash system. When mixed with #2 Wash 106P, it deep cleans rollers to allow for color changes in a printing unite. (i.e. going from dark to light or color to a varnish.)

#2 Wash 106P
This product is the second step of a two-step color change wash system. When mixed with 20 - 30% water, completely removes #1 Wash 105P and prepares roller surface for the next color

UV Wash 107P
An excellent cleaner for ultraviolet and EB curing inks. UV Wash 107P is slightly faster drying than comparable washes. It is compatible with EPDB rollers and many mixed compound rollers.

Auto Wash 108P
This water miscible wash effectively cleans sheetfed, heatset and coldset inks from blankets and rollers. It is safe to use in automatic wash-up systems.

1171D Wash
Unique Blanket Roller Wash. The product is designed to be mixed 40% solution with 60% water. The nature of the resulting emulsion is such that oil and water based contaminates are pulled from the rollers and blankets at a faster/deeper rate than with standard press wash. Removes ink, paper coating, paper glaze, dried gum, friction glaze, oil and water based surfactants. Lower V.O.C. dries like a standard press wash.

SF Fountain Solution 200A
A high technology fountain solution formulated to run well with difficult integrated dampening systems. In conjunction with Performa Sheetfed Alcohol Substitute 201A, the product allows the printer to reduce roller speed and thereby decrease ink consumption. This product is formulated to run with soft and medium water and is buffered to run an expected pH of 3.8-4.2. This fountain solution is compatible with CTP plates as well as conventional plate materials.

SF Fountain Solution 209P
This two-step fountain solution is designed to run on CtP aqueous plates. When used with a quality alcohol substitute, it will optimize pressroom performance, with the benefit of faster startups and reduced waste.

Web Fount HS 204P
This one-step acid gum based web fountain solution contains a unique wetting system designed to accommodate almost any commercial dampening on a variety of web  presses. This product contains low phosphate formulate safe for ovens equipped with catalytic afterburners. It works well with CTP and conventional plate technology and runs well in most types of water, from RO to
moderately hard tap waters.

Web Fount CS 205P
This product is designed for high performance web offset newspapers and other coldset web applications. It features quick start-ups and re-starts, to reduce waste. Special blanket release
characteristics reduce picking and pilling. Additionally, this product contains high buffer capacity to tolerate a variety of water supplier, from RO to moderately hard tap water.

One Fount 206D
One Fount 206D is new technology one-step alcohol replacement fountain solution. Its high concentration allows a dosage reduction of 40-50% over conventional products. Features include: low dosage, excellent wetting, faster ink drying, improved sheet release and compatible with all offset inks including UV.

SF Alcohol Substitute 201A
A high technology product designed to increase the viscosity of water when used in continuous dampening systems. The product reduces ink feedback and can be used at very low dosage ratios versus traditional alcohol substitutes and isopropyl alcohol.

SF Alcohol Substitute 210P
This alcohol substitute is designed for continuous and integrated dampeners to replace alcohol. 210P is effective at low dosages and is highly recommended for Dahlgren type dampeners.

Rejuvenator/Conditioner 300A
A multipurpose product that can be used on presses of all sizes. It is unique in that it is a one-step rejuvenator, conditioner and deglazer for blanket and rollers. The product is an easy to apply liquid that restores and conditions rubber surfaces and prevent dehydration. This product will make blankets and rollers velvety smooth which in turn will improve print quality and extend the life of rollers and blankets. This is a maintenance product that should be used on a regular basis.

Web Conditioner 301P
A web conditioner that will remoisten the web while eliminating static and prevent marking or smearing of partially-cured ink. It also prevents streaking, while reducing paper waste on press.

Fount Flush Step 1D&2D
Fount Flush an innovative cleaner for the fountain solution system in powder form. This two-step approach cleans, disinfects and conditions the recirculation system entirely. Features include: convenient powder form, fast acting, contains no listed hazardous materials, corrosion is inhibited
