The classified section of Pitman's web site is offered as a free service to the graphic communications industry as a centralized bulletin board of available goods, job openings and the like. Pitman does not verify any posted information and makes no assurances as to the accuracy of listings, quality of goods, services, integrity of the offeror, etc. Responses to listings should be directed to the listing person's e-mail address. All follow-up discussions/negotiations, etc. will be between the prospective parties at their risk and for their benefit and without Pitman's involvement in any way.

While Pitman reserves the right to refuse posting to any material it deems inappropriate, it shall have no duty to review the contents of any listing and shall have no responsibility for errors, misstatements, whether intentional or accidental, statements deemed offensive, slanderous, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise injurious.

This site is for graphic communications business purposes only and is not to be used for personal purposes (e.g. sale of personal autos, etc.)

Pitman agrees not to sell or otherwise utilize for profit any names, addresses or information listed on the site; users are advised however that Pitman cannot prevent others from using the information for commercial purposes.

By using the free service offered by this site, each user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pitman from any claim arising out of said person or firm's use of the site.
